All content, templates, sample language, information, and documents made available through the Service are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, legal advice. Nothing on the Service is intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice for any particular matter.

DocVault is not a law firm, is not a lawyer or lawyer referral service, and is not engaged in the practice of law. Our employees, contractors, and automated systems are not acting as your attorney, paralegal, or legal representative. We do not review your documents for legal sufficiency, apply legal judgment to your circumstances, select legal strategies for you, or represent you before any court, agency, creditor, or other party. The Service is a tool that helps you prepare your own documents based on information you supply. You are acting as your own representative (“pro se”).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocVault and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service or any document, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with preparing and using your own legal documents on a self-help basis.
